Hello Steve:

Thank you for alerting me, and I'm sure many others, to this group.

I recalled research reported last year which deserves wider awareness link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00417-023-06132-y

Are you a contact lens practitioner who fits lenses for keratoconus and would welcome keratoconic patients into your practice? Then read on!

The UK Keratoconus Self Help and SupportGroup list optometrists who welcome keratoconic patients on their website.

www.keratoconus-group.org.uk/optoms/

This list enables those people wishing to be fitted privately to find optometrists in their area.

The list includes practice details, access to topography and also hospital clinics in which the practitioner also works. An interactive map is also available.

Practitioners wishing to be included on this list can e-mail info@keratoconus-group.org.uk

Thank you for this posting Steve. I would certainly encourage a listing on this group.

In the Contact Lens Referral Directory there is also a facility to add your KC service, but there is a charge for that listing, Steve's is free! Why not do both!
