Hello
I am Emily Charlesworth a postdoctoral research fellow at Anglia Ruskin University. We are currently distributing a survey to investigate how optometrists refer into secondary care and which referral pathways exist in different areas of the UK. If any specific pathways exist the survey will ask further questions regarding the optometrist’s experience of using these pathways and whether optometrists receive any feedback on referrals sent.

We are trying to get as many responses as possible and would appreciate if you could please complete the survey. The link to the survey is below.
