I came across a number of excellent videos from TFOS, one showed lid debridement using Lissamine Green to identify lid areas to address. Is this the equivalent function of dental disclosing agents? It reveals the bio-film/plaque for my dental hygienist to remove, should we be using this as a model to proactively address MGD etc knowing problems will occur later if we don't?
I know this isn't directly related to a product, however trying to follow The Forum rules (number 7) in spirit, I declare I do paid consultancy work for Thea Pharmaceuticals.

Very interesting and informative videos. I personally believe that in-house treatment is becoming more and more relevant as levels of dry eye increase. The same old story of giving patients eye-bags (other heated masks are available) and being told they worked but took too much time out of the day...
With more studies showing a combined treatment protocol is the most effective I can see this being the way forward along with in-house appointments once every 6-12/12. Again, very similar to the model adopted by oral hygienists?
