Martin Reynolds Opticians is a well-established, fully independent practice with over 20 years of trusted care in the heart of Bishop’s Stortford. We’re looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician to lead our friendly and professional team as Practice Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, enjoys high-end dispensing, and thrives in a leadership role. You’ll work closely with the business owners to drive the practice forward, support team development, and ensure a seamless, high-quality patient journey.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and a positive team environment.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional optical care and luxury eyewear dispensing.
Support and develop the team, promoting clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Maintain compliance and help the practice stay ahead with new ideas and improvements.
Be a visible and active ambassador for the practice in the local community.
