An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly-patient-focused Optometrist to join a well established independent Optometry practice, with a long standing reputation for patient care in the Hertford area.
Now under new management, we are now looking to add a personable and enthusiastic optometrist to join the team, as we look to expand.
Requirements

We are seeking applicants with a strong clinical background ideally, but the main criteria is a focus on excellent patient care, over conversions. This is reflected in our appointment times being longer than normal depending on the type of case we are dealing with.

Compensation

For your efforts, we are offering a competitive pro-rata salary starting at one day a week, but with the goal to eventually increase to three.
We strive to offer a good work-life balance by being as flexible as possible. The successful candidate will have the full support of our dedicated team of optical assistants.
* 28 days annual Leave (pro-rata)

You will also have the opportunity to receive some further training and join a professional team in a relaxed environment.
