Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally as needed throughout the day, 1 or 2 drops on eye and blink. Contact Lenses do not need to be removed. |

Formulation Sterile solution containing:, Polyethylene Glycol 400 (Peg 400) 0.25%, Ocupure Preservative (Sodium Chlorite), Sodium Hyaluronate 0.20%, Boric Acid, Sodium Borate (Decahydrate), Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Chloride (Dihydrate), Magnesium Chloride, Purified Water, Osmolality 171mOsm/kg, Viscosity 10.0cps, pH 7.3. Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Store between 5C and 25C. Discard bottle 45 days after opening. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions Potential risks, side effects or complications generally associated with eye drops are allergic reaction, inflammatory reaction or infections. In cases of continued problemspt to discuss with ECP. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP |
