How Supplied Sterilised preserved transparent eye drops (gel) in (10ml) plastic bottle. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 or 2 drops into each affected eye. Blink several times |

Formulation Sterile isotonic solution containing:, Sodium Hyaluronate BP 0.3% w/v, Polyhexamethylene Biguanide 0.0001% w/v, Sodium Chloride (tonicity agent), Anhydrous Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate (buffering agent), Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate (buffering agent). |

Contact Lens Use Yes, if required. |

Indications Dry Eye. "Soothe and Refresh tired eyes". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Store at room temperature in a cool dry place. Use within 1 month of opening. Not suitable for use whilst wearing contact lenses. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. Store between 5C to 30C. |

Adverse Reactions "Blurred vision can be experienced in the first seconds after inserting the eye drop gel". If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |
