How Supplied Sterilised preservative free drops in single-use (0.4ml x 2,5,10,15,30,50 ) plastic vials. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 or 2 drops on each affected eye as needed through day. Discard vial after use. |

Indications "Symptomatic relief of dry eye and symptomatic relief of eye irritation associated with deficient tear production". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. "Contact lenses should be removed before each application and may be reinserted after 15 minutes". "Concomitant ocular medication should be administered 15 minutes prior to the instillation of Liquifilm Tears Preservative Free or Refresh Ophthalmic". Advise pt not save solution in an opened vial. Store below 25C. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Attention is drawn to this product's P classification. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions Not known. "Has minor or moderate influence on the ability to drive and use machines as may cause transient blurring of vision. Do not drive or use hazardous machinery unless vision is clear. May cause transient stinging or irritation on instillation". If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP |
