How Supplied Sterilised eye drops in 10ml plastic bottle. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. The recommended dose is 1-2 drops in each eye two or three times a day. |

Formulation Sterile Preservative Free Anti-Oxidant solution containing per 10ml:, Cross-Linked Sodium Hyaluronic Acid Sodium Salt 100mg, Coenzyme Q10 100mg, Vitamin E TPGS (D-alpha-Tocopheryl-Polyethylene Glycol 1000 Succinate) 500mg, Buffered Isotonic solution up to 100ml. |

Indications Dry Eye. "Alterations in the continuity of the corneal and conjunctival surfaces after refractive surgery, trauma from FB and surgery" "Alterations in the ocular surface related to metabolic disorders (diabetes)". "Environmental stress". "intense and prolonged exposure to UV and ionizing radiation". "Prolonged use of computers, monitors or the television". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Px to wait 5 minutes between other drop applications. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. Discard 60 days after first opening. |

Adverse Reactions "If ... any adverse reactions (Pt) to discontunue use and consult .. Ophthalmologist". If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |
