How Supplied
Sterilised eye drops (10ml) in plastic bottle.
Dosing
As advised by ECP/HCP. As required throughout day. Shake well before use. Pt to place drops 1 or 2 drops on eye and blink. Use with Contact Lenses: Place 1 or 2 drops on the lens and blink.
Formulation
Sterile solution containing:, Sodium Hyaluronate, Polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG 400), Propylene Glycol, HP Guar, Sorbitol, Aminomethyl Propanol, Boric Acid, Sodium Borate, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Polyquad (Polidronium Chloride) 0.001% as preservative.
Contact Lens Use

Indications
Dry Eye. "Advanced daily treatment of aqueous deficient dry eye".
Contra-Indications/Cautions
Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Discard 3 months after first opening. Store below 30C. "Not indicated for use as a cleanser or disinfectant for Contact Lenses". Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB.
Adverse Reactions
If Px experiences eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness of eyes to consult ECP. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP.
