Clear Sterile Hydrogel Contact Lens (1) with aspheric back optic zone,front surface toric, front surface aberration control, precise edge lift control, prism ballast stabilization, reverse geometry in sealed glass vial.
Dosing
ECP to decide. Generally daily wear.

Standard Decreased (-1.0) /Double Decreased (-2.0), OD: Standard 14.80 (14.30mm to 15.30mm in 0.10 steps), BVP (Sphere): -30.00D to +30.00D (0.25D steps), BVP (Cyl): -0.25D to -10.00D (0.25D steps), Axis: 1 to 180 (1 degree steps), CT: Standard 0.35mm (0.25mm to 0.60mm in 0.01 steps), Materials: Lagado Silicone Hydrogel (LSH): Water content 49% Dk 49 handling tint or Menicon Soft 72 Hydrogel: Water content 72% Dk 34 handling tint.

Indications
Keratoconus/Pellucid Marginal Degeneration with Myopia, Hyperopia, Astigmatism. Irregular Cornea. "Intolerance to GP lenses, new contact lens wearers with irregular corneas,early to moderate irregular corneas, if acuity with conventional soft lenses is unsatisfactory, if the environment is unsuitable for GP wear, if a GP lens may be unstable, e.g. sport" "Rose K2 Soft was developed by Paul Rose specifically for use with the irregular cornea when good vision cannot be attained with a regular thickness soft lens, or a GP lens cannot be tolerated".
Contra-Indications/Cautions
Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Acute or subacute inflammation, infection, eye disease, injury or abnormality of the anterior chamber of the eye, cornea, conjunctiva or eyelids. Dry Eye. Corneal hypoesthesia (reduced corneal sensitivity). Any systemic disease that may affect the eye or be exaggerated by wearing contact lenses. It is recommended that contact lens wearers should see their Eye Care Professional routinely as directed. See manufacturer's full prescribing information. "Other ocular pathology or when satisfactory acuity cannot be attained at the initial fitting with best sphero-cylinder correction or a pinhole". Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. Advise pt to avoid all water coming into contact with lens or case.
Adverse Reactions
If patients experience eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, redness of the eye or other problems are experienced, they should be instructed to immediately remove their lenses and the wearer should promptly contact their Eye Care Professional. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP.
