How Supplied Sterilised preserved transparent eye drops in (10ml) plastic bottle. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 to 2 drops into each affected eye two or three times a day. |

Formulation Sterile solution containing:, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 0.3%, Polyhexanide 0.0001%, Isotonic Phosphate Buffer, Purified Water. |

Contact Lens Use Yes, if required. |

Indications Dry Eye. "Refreshes, Revives". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Store below 25C. Discard 3 moths after opening. Not for children under 5 years. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions "If eye irritation occurs (pt to) consult Eye Care Practitioner. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |
