How Supplied Sterilised preserved transparent eye drops in (15ml) plastic bottle. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 to 2 drops into each affected eye 3 to 6 times a day. |

Formulation Sterile isotonic buffered solution containing:, Sodium Hyaluronate, Carboxymethyl Beta-Glucan, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin E, TPGS (D-Alpha Tocopheryl Ployethylene Glycol 1000 Succinate), Sodium Edetate, Sodium N-Hydroxymethylglycinate, Buffered Isotonic Solution pH 7.0. |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Store between below35C. Discard the product 30 days after first opening. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |
