How Supplied
Individually wrapped chocolate bars (x 60/carton). Net weight 300g.
Dosing
ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 2 chocolate squares per day are recommended. Pt not exceed the recommended daily dose; excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Formulation
Dark Chocolate containing:, Sweetener: Maltitol, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Inulin, Skimmed Cocoa Powder, Sodium Ascorbate, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Maltodextrin, Emulsifier: Lecithin (from Soya), A-Tocopheryl Acetate, Zinc Oxide 5mg, Lutein 2.5mg, Natural Vanilla Flavour,
Sweetener: Steviol Glycosides, Zeaxanthin 0.5mg, Vitamin C 45mg, Vitamin E 7.5mg, Copper Gluconate 0.5mg. May contain traces of Milk, Peanuts, Sesame, Egg and Nuts.

Indications
On ECP recommendation, "....contains a combination of vitamins and minerals that was found to be beneficial to ocular health". Suitable for vegetarians. Gluten free.
Contra-Indications/Cautions
Hypersensitivity to product/class/component "Not to be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle". Store in a cool, dry place. Not to exceed recommended daily dose, see dosing. Allergy to Milk, Peanuts, Sesame, Egg and Nuts. Not suitable for children, " ....only be taken by adults who have been recommended to take an ocular nutritional supplement by their eye care professional". Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. If pt is pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, taking any medication or has a medical condition recommend doctor consult before taking - EDDB.
Adverse Reactions
See dosing. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP.
