How Supplied
Dietary supplement oral capsules ( x 180/bottle) as 3 month supply.
Dosing
ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 capsule twice a day with food.
Formulation
Capsules containing:, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Hypromellose, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Zinc Oxide, Anti-caking agents: Silicon Di-oxide & Magnesium Stearate, Copper Oxide.
Contact Lens Use
Yes, if required.
Indications
"Low macular pigment". February 2022 "Capsules now smaller and vegan with natural vitamin E".
Contra-Indications/Cautions
Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. If pt is pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, taking any medication or has a medical condition recommend doctor consult before taking - EDDB. Pt not to exceed the above recommended daily dosage. Store at temperatures below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. The product should not replace a balanced and varied diet. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB.


Adverse Reactions
Can cause slight digestive disorders without gravity (nausea, belching, diarrhoea). In this case, pt should not hesitate to consult their doctor. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP.
