How Supplied Sterile drops (10ml) in plastic bottle. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. Generally 1 drop on each affected eye two to four times a day. Contact Lenses do not need to be removed. |

Formulation Sterile Aqueous solution containing:, Carmellose Sodium (Carboxymethylcellulose) 0.5% w/v, Stabilised Oxychloro Complex (As Preservative) 0.005% w/v, Water for injections. |

Indications Dry Eye. ".... for the relief of discomfort that arises from dry eye sensations". |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Discard 28 days after first opening. Store below 25C. pt to wait at least 10 minutes between using two different eye products. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions "If (pts) eye condition persists (pt to) consult ... doctor, pharmacist or optician". If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP. |
