How Supplied Sterilised eye spray (10ml) in plastic bottle. |

Dosing ECP/HCP to advise. When first using push down nozzle 3 to 4 times. Shake bottle before use. Hold 10cm from closed lids. Spray 1 to 2 times onto closed lids up to four times daily. |

Formulation Sterile Isotonic (pH 7.2) Buffered Solution containing:, Phospholipid Complex 0.4g, Sodium Hyaluronate 0.1g, Chamomile Extract 0.35g, EDTA 0.11g, N-Hydroxymethlglycinate 0.006g, PHMB 0.001g. |

Contra-Indications/Cautions Hypersensitivity to product/class/component. Pt not spray onto open eyes. Pt not use on non-waterproof mascara. Pregnancy/lactation - EDDB. Advise pt to read and understand all accompanying product information before first use - EDDB. |

Adverse Reactions If discomfort on use pt to discontinue use. If irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP - EDDB. If vision changes or irritation occurs, persists or increases, pt to discontinue use and consult ECP/HCP |
